All soft copies of photographs taken remain the property of Serangoon Broadway. As such, we regret that we are unable to release the soft copies to you.
Currently, we are unable to provide a digital copy of your photos. We regret for any inconvenience caused.

To avoid disappointment, please make a booking for your session at least one week in advance. However, as our studios are usually fully booked on weekends, if you prefer a weekend session, please book at least two weeks to a month in advance to get your preferred timing. It would be best to make a booking as early as possible!
Graduations are formal ceremonies, and in order to capture the appropriate sentiment, it is imperative that the graduate dresses formally. It is strongly recommended that the graduate be dressed in white top and black bottom, in order for the attire to complement the faculty hood. For males who are not gowned, please be dressed in a jacket, light-coloured long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Females who are not gowned should be dressed in your best bright outfit.
Yes, we do. In fact, we have a passionate team of in-house make-up artists and stylists who will go the extra mile to help you look your best for the shoot.
Our largest studio can accommodate up to 60 people for a shoot.
Depending on the number of photographs to be taken, the session may last from one to one and a half hours on average.
The number of shots taken will depend on the photography package that is selected. You should have at least four to five samples per package for your selection.
To ensure that you have sufficient samples to choose for a perfect portrait, we always take at least four to five shots per setting. This involves tremendous effort and time from our professional photographers as well as significant material cost of films used and samples printed. As such, we apologise that we are unable to fulfil this request and we will only take photos upon a confirmed order, regardless of the size.

If you wish to include a favourite item or object, just bring it along and we will work out the best way to style the shoot for you.
Yes, we welcome you to bring along your pet for the photography session!
You will be able to receive samples 10 days after the photography session, and you can collect the framed photographs two months after you have selected the photographs.
Any uncollected samples or actual framed photographs will be disposed 3 years from the date of your photography session.
You may choose to bring the samples home to select the photograph together with your family members and friends. After your selection and prior to proceeding with the print, our customer service staff will be on hand to offer our professional opinions on your selection to assist you in choosing the best shot.
Yes. Upon selection of the desired photograph, we will perform touch-ups on the negative to further enhance the quality of the picture. Our team of experts will also use advanced software to correct any minor flaws to bring out the best in your photo.
Yes, you are free to choose the frame from our wide selection of more than 50 frames with different styles. Frame selection is done after you have selected the photograph so that the frame selected will complement the photograph.
As we safe-keep the negatives/ soft copies of your selected photographs, we are able to provide re-prints of your photographs. The time taken for re-printing is dependent on the size of the re-print.
In order to assure our clients of our long-term service, we store all soft copies throughout their lifespan.
It is recommended that the photograph be cleaned every one to two months with a piece of damp cloth. Please avoid placing the photograph in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
We accept payments made via cash, NETS and credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
An initial deposit of $100 is required upon a confirmed booking. Full payment is required on the actual day of the photo-shoot.
Yes, we are able to arrange for delivery of your photographs to an overseas address. However, please note that we cannot cover the courier charges, and the charges must be borne by you.
We regret that the use of personal camera and photographic equipment is strictly prohibited in our studio premises.
